A shared foundation for HADR

A place to learn, reference and exchange knowledge across humanitarian assistance and disaster relief communities.

What is this project for?

HADR–CPX Knowledge Commons organizes knowledge on humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, command post exercises and simulation. It begins with Thailand and connects ASEAN and international practice, supporting public understanding, references and a shared basis for exercise preparation.

Who is it for?

Students, the public, multi-agency exercise participants, practitioners, exercise planners and educators can use the same body of knowledge through pathways suited to their background and task.

Curriculum and institutional status

Learning objects are organized by KSEC: Knowledge, Skills, Ethics and Character, to support OBE and possible future degree-level curriculum development at Rangsit University. The current release is not an approved curriculum and does not imply university endorsement.

Privacy and learning progress

The site requires no account, includes no analytics tracker, and sends no quiz scores to a server. Theme and scores use browser localStorage; scores can be deleted in the library. The hosting provider may process request information to operate and secure the service.

Help review the knowledge

Useful feedback identifies the module, version, section, proposed correction and supporting primary source. These details support revisions and version history.
